Who are Time Machine Bikes?

Time Machine Bikes is run by Mark Magenis, who has been involved in various aspects of motorcycling for the past 25 years. He has a particular interest in MV Agusta since being editior of MV News and writing about the F4 for the motorcycle press. This experience is now being put to use in sourcing and supplying quality replacement parts for MV Agusta, Ducati and Aprilia RSV Mille motorcycles.

What brands do you stock?

Time Machine Bikes stocks MV Agusta, Ducati and Aprilia RSV parts. We carry a large nearly new/used stock range (breaking both new and used motorcycles) and are unable to advertise all our stock on this web site. For a selection of our range, please see the Bike Parts page. Please contact Time Machine Bikes to check the availability and pricing of any part you require.

How do I pay?

All cheques and postal orders should be pounds sterling and made payable to Time Machine Bikes.

What is your returns policy?

Should the items you receive fail to meet your expectations, you may return them for a refund, credit or exchange. Please return all goods within 7 days of despatch, in the original packaging to our returns department. Accompany all returns with your name and address and state the reason for return. Please state clearly what action you wish us to take. On items being returned for exchange that have been incorrectly ordered, we reserve the right to charge carriage on the return of the items to you.

What about faulty goods?

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive should be faulty, please contact us by phone or e-mail primarily and we can then discuss the most efficient way of dealing with your return! If goods are to be returned by yourselves due to a fault then we will refund the return carriage.

How long is delivery?

Standard dispatch is normally within 24 hours of an order being placed, subject to weekends and UK bank holidays.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are dependant on size and weight so will vary greatly depending on your order. You will be given a price when you place your order.

Who delivers the parcels?

We use Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcel Force for all larger items.

Do you offer technical support?

Advice or assistance is provided for any product purchased from Time Machine Bikes.

What do you do with my personal information?

Absolutely nothing!! We guarantee not to share any information with other companies or third parties. All information is kept on our secure server and will only be used by us to contact you should we have any queries with your order.
